Started manufacture and sale of components for
industrial sewing machines at Ikuno-ku, Osaka.
January 1963:

Established Ikuno Seiki Kogyo Ltd. with its Head
Office at Wakae, Higashi Osaka.
March 1975:

Started manufacture and sale of "Speed Cutter".
October 1977:

Started manufacture and sale of "Full-automatic
Towel Hem Sewer".
January 1980:

Started manufacture and sale of "Band Knife".
August 1988:

Capital increased to 20 million yen.
October 1988:

Started manufacture and sale of "KMS JA890", a
fully automatic SPREADING MACHINE.
April 1989:

Reorganized as Ikuno Seiki Kogyo Co., Ltd.
June 1989:

Renamed to Otech Co., Ltd; Takanori Okada was
inaugurated as Representative Director.
September
1989:

"Band Knife" got a face-lift.
March 1990:

Move to new Head Office at Kano, Higashi Osaka
completed.
July 1991:

Started manufacture and sale of "Otech Mark-I" a
fully automatic SPREADING MACHINE.
January 1993:

Started manufacture and sale of "Otech Ci-III", a
manual SPREADING MACHINE.
September
1993:

"Band Knife" completely face-lifted.
May 1994:

Started manufacture and sale of "Otech Nain-IV",
a fully automatic SPREADING MACHINE.
February 1995:

"Speed Cutter" completely face-lifted and
renamed "Cut Liner".
December 1999:

Started manufacture and sale of "Duet", an
auxiliary feeding device for sewing machines.
